Domino's Pizza

I never thought I’d write a review for my local Domino’s, but this location truly deserves some recognition. They are absolutely wonderful. We’ve been long-time customers and have consistently noticed a difference in the quality of their pizza compared to other locations and even other pizza places in the area. You can tell the team works incredibly hard—especially knowing they’ve been short-staffed recently. Through every season and challenge, they continue to show up and deliver great service and great food. As a loyal customer, I just want to say: I see you, and I appreciate you. Thank you for all the hard work you put in every single day!

Domino’s never disappoints! The pizza is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Their crust is perfectly baked, with just the right amount of crunch and chew. The toppings are generous, and they always follow special requests to the letter. Delivery is consistently fast and reliable, even during busy hours. The app makes ordering so easy, and I love tracking my order in real time. Whether it's a quick dinner or a late-night craving, Domino’s always hits the spot. Highly recommend!

The food itself, is great, so long as it is cooked properly, and served at the proper temp. And as long as it's not been sitting out TOO long! (HINT: late delivery driver.) The reason I have 4()'s for the service, is because they don't have the 1/2 point option. The service at this location can range from 3 1/2 to a 4 1/2. It's always different, I suppose with different shifts and stuff. The ATMOSPHERE, IDK what the rate it because, I've never been inside this establishment. OVER ALL; YEAH, I'D RECOMMEND THEM.

I messed up and thought I had pre ordered about 18 pizzas for a party when in fact I did it for the wrong day. The whole staff jumped into gear and said don’t worry we can get it done in about 10 minutes! They literally saved the day and the party! I can not thank the staff enough! All the staff on this day at 4:30 pm deserve the most thank you’s!

Well, Dominos. This story starts off with you forgetting our lemonade. We were so excited about the pizza and other goodies that you were handing us, that we didn’t notice the lack of our cool drinks. So, we went to the app to see if we could correct the wrong. We saw the “report a problem” and filled it out. Selected that our drinks were forgotten. And the options appeared. But the options were for future orders. We didn’t want the future orders, we wanted our drinks. So we (well my braver than I partner) called the store and informed them of the totally honest mistake. “Oh! We’ll correct that!” The guy said happily. Cool! Thanks! Then a call as someone arrives at our door. Yay! Lemonade! My (again totally awesome) partner heads to get the drinks. And comes back with…. Lava cakes!!?? But. We needed lemonade not that… “My boss told me to come deliver these when I got back!” Said the nice (but different!) delivery driver. My confused partner corrects them that we were missing *lemonade* not lava cakes. So the driver calls his boss, and he suddenly says “well! Be right back!” (We got to keep the cakes!) And before you know it, another awesome (but different AGAIN) driver delivered not 2, but FOUR lemonades because of the mishap. So we are totally happy customers! Thank you! Domino’s in West Duluth has been disappointing lately. The pizza often lacks the fresh, hot quality you'd expect, and the toppings sometimes feel skimpy. Service can be hit or miss, and orders aren’t always accurate. Hopefully, they step it up!

We LOVE this location. This is our closest location, coming from Norton park- which is not far at all! We order often- ALWAYS receiving OUR orders Correct- never shorted- always fresh- Many, many times in easily the last year we have elected for pick up vs delivery- & every time seems there’s only one employee maybe two employee’s running the show. The second being the driver for deliveries. They DO AN AMAZING JOB!!! I don’t always review being a busy mom of 5- Yet I had to show some love to the employees keeping this location GOING… I hope the individuals who are above the daily foot soldiers- the ones who are doing the day to day “grunt” work -are aware of the team they have & compensate accordingly. Your staff is always friendly & greeting with a smile. When I’ve came into the restaurant the employee (sorry need get their name) prior to assisting me and immediately after, was actively busy, moving & shaking on other orders or tending to the restaurant needs. The restaurant itself again Every time I’ve stepped in, it was immaculate with being kept orderly & clean. If I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would!

Let me start off by saying that it is -25° here in Duluth (Minnesota) today. I ordered for carry out. Let me just say this, someone showing up for work in the first place is worth five stars on a day like today. When I went into the store the employee (Lisa) was very friendly and had my order all ready to go. Lisa was the only person working in the kitchen. They had to be busy today! I want to say a big thank you to Lisa for doing such a great job. When I got into my SUV, I opened the box and the pizza looked great. Nice job! I hope the franchise owner takes notice. I drove from my house on Park Point and it was terrible weather conditions. Thank you to the Domino’s employees that showed up.
